An HR generalist with over 32 years of industry experience (in Indian Corporates including, a subsidiary of Brook Bond, a South Korean J V & a Japanese MNC). Based in India, Mr. Dutt’s previous experiences included the responsibility of managing HR across International geographies/locations.
With a strong focus on Human Resource Management, Mr. Dutt’s experience incorporate in depth knowledge of all functional areas of HR, Personnel and IR. While working at various organizations, Mr. Dutt has also had the opportunity to associate with various management/HR consulting companies such as McKinsey, BCG, Hewitt, Hays, and Mercer for organizational interventions & projects.

ABG is the largest shipbuilding company in India in the private sector with an order book of approximately $3 billion USD. Its prestigious clients include the Indian Navy & Indian Coast Guard . ABG has major interests in shipbuilding, shipping, ship repair & refit, offshore rigs, cement, engineering & construction, Mining, Energy, etc.
