Bob Cabral will be one of three winemakers participating in a progressive dinner benefiting the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art on May 10 as part of the 2012 Memphis Wine & Food Series. Cabral is Director of Winemaking and General Manager for Williams Selyem Winery, Healdsburg. Bob is an experienced winemaker whose meticulousness and patience yield wines that are authentic expressions of each vineyard site. Bob Cabral is a fourth generation farmer and grape grower from the great San Joaquin Valley.
