In the latest episode of This Week in Marketing, I had the pleasure of interviewing Chris Dyer and Tom Mumford – the two young & successful owners of Undergrads – an innovative moving company based in South Carolina.

Undergrads has a different model than the moving companies we’re used to. The company simply provides the movers, whereas the client is responsible for providing the truck. Clients are able to save a significant amount of money by taking this route!

The final segment gets into the nitty gritty details of managing growing pains as a small business. We come full circle in talking about the revolutions in the moving industry – and any other industry that requires you to go into client’s homes.
