Dr. Ann Gladys, author of The Invisible Leader, talks about changes, made possible by technology, that will result in more workers not working from an office, but from other locations, or from home. This change affects leadership and the way that for-profit and nonprofit organizations will be operated, more and more, in the future.

We asked lifelong learner, Denise O’Neal, and her son, Brendan, to join us again to talk about their challenges in learning to read. The conversation moved to the topic of mental health, and how trauma, abuse, anxiety, and depression make it hard for students to function and learn.
