San Diego AMA’s flagship fall event, the Art of Marketing conference, takes place November 3 at the Marriott Del Mar. In a preview of a highly-anticipated panel discussion, panel moderator Mary Beth McCabe of National University and panelist John Faris of Red Door Interactive dropped by the wsRadio studio to talk Omni-channel Marketing. We discussed changing consumer behaviors in regard to media consumption, technology and mobile; the many different flavors of the customer journey and implications of the crossover between digital and retail; and examples of brands doing interesting things in omni-channel, including a local auto dealer and a national cookware and gourmet foods retailer.
