Guest 2: Steph Jagger is a truth teller, and provocateur. Her coaching is a marination in love, mixed with bold intuition, a dash of straight-talking authenticity and a pinch or three of humor. She’s been at it for well over five years, and has worked with hundreds of men and women across the globe, helping them release themselves from expectations and limitations and say “HECK, YES!” to the dare that is life.

Steph is a master at pulling out patterns, and she challenges her clients to go to the next level by knocking down doors, and locking eyes with the truth. She balances a tangible, grounded approach with deep, soulful, dare we say, spiritual work. In other words, she’s no messing around. If you’re looking to go big, like rocket-into-the-stratosphere kind of big, Steph’s your gal.

She’s is a Certified Executive Coach (Royal Roads University) and splits time between Washington and British Columbia. When she’s not coaching, you can find Steph traveling, writing, speaking, reading, and doing (in her words) “shit tons” of her own self-work.

If you’re interested in working with Steph, hiring her for a speaking gig, or finding out more about her offerings in general please email her directly at
