Our guest on this episode, Ted Ryce, lost his mother at 14-years-old, his brother when he was 19, and his sister 3 years ago. What kept him going? Building muscles, strength, and resilience by living his purpose. Ted believes that health and fitness forms the foundation of success in every area of a man’s life – business, relationships, mental fitness, and so on. I talked with him about health and fitness principles that help men lead legendary lives. He also gave me some tips on developing my 6-pack.
