How to be a Grown Up

//How to be a Grown Up
Nobody seems to know what “being a grown-up” really means these days, but everyone could use permission to be themselves. We celebrate the wacky journey of discovering who you really are, and the whole everyday “how” of it: money, relationships, creativity, and career. And how to be as kind to yourself as you are to other people.

Laura Westman is a New York-based improv comedian and coach. Laura is an affiliate and Mentor Coach with Accomplishment Coaching, and has a private practice in which she helps everyday humans figure out how to fall in love their way. She believes in the universal power of silliness at the right time, and can be contacted via www.LauraWestman.com.
