For over one hundred and fifty years the farm has been run by the Stucchi Prinetti family which cultivates organic grapes in the 70 hectares of vineyard located in the heart of Chianti to produce Chianti Classico, the ?super Tuscan? Sangioveto and Vin Santo del Chianti. Badia a Coltibuono estate, hand-picked, Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, and Badia a Coltibuono Red Wine Vinegar made with great care from specially selected wines that are allowed to filter through wood shavings impregnated with vinegar culture.
