Karen has been the host of Digital Politics since 2007 and is a frequent speaker at industry events.

About the Host:
Karen has a Bachelors degree from Goucher College in mathematics and political science and a Masters degree from Johns Hopkins University School of Business. Karen's early career in information technology and work in Washington, DC think tanks, led her to starting both E-Voter Institute and Turtleback Interactive to address challenges and opportunities presented by the innovations of the Internet. After living in Washington, DC for over 20 years, Karen resides in La Jolla, California with her husband and Cairn terrier.
