The Dallas-based chain today announced its first international franchise agreement for 10 restaurants in the State of Mexico and Mexico DF over the next two years. Under the franchise agreement, WIS de Mexico S.A. de C.V. will open three restaurants in the first year and seven locations the following year. Within nine months of launching operations on July 29, 2008 CENTURY 21 Brasil had licensed more than twenty offices and opened ten locations, with an emphasis on the Sao Paulo greater metropolitan area. Dave’s primary focus with the company is in administrative operations, business consulting, and marketing of real estate agencies and agents.
