Sheryl – eBay kicked me off because of a damaged in transit vase. I replaced it for the buyer with another one – and she didn’t like it, so I refunded her money. It’s the only negative feedback I’ve ever had and got suspended. Please help me.

Ken – I was recently zapped with some VERO violations. They took down 15 items. Can you help me?

Michelle – I’m opening a new eBay store. Can I close the store for a few days to go on vacation so that people don’t purchase while I’m on vacation?

Stephanie – I am on a restricted basis for selling for a VERO complaint. How do I get this changed?

Beth - We can’t say that we take checks and money orders anymore…so those listings that still have it stated should be expired automatically so that we know they have a problem.

Michael – Question about new version of ‘view item” page. Everything is blank except for categories. We need a change there.

Carol – Re: Listings that are listed in more than one category…can we tell which category the item sold on?

Mike – Update – Sold an item to an Italian in Italy. Sent it postal service, am I going to have a problem. I always put a picture of item on outside of box and instructions for unpacking it.

eBetsy - Update on June party

Jason – Update on June Party and amazing eBay story. Listed a CD box set – purchased it for 20 bucks…put a reserve of 20 dollars on it. Re-listed it following week – 80 hits and 152 dollars!
