A Gerontological Nurse Practitioner for 18 years, who cared for her parents and spouse, Blanche retired after 30 years of teaching nursing, and now speaks for the CA State University at Fullerton’s Nursing Master program. She presents on how to avoid conflicts and also teaches companies how to increase productivity by improving communication on eldercare with employees.
